When you use your iOS mail app and your mail app isn’t configured correctly, the send button is grey.

Check first if you use Billdu or iOS mail app. Navigate to ⚙️Settings - Client communication:
ENABLED - you use your own mail app. Take a look here to learn more about how to set up your iOS mail app. After you set the app correctly the Send button shouldn’t be gray anymore
DISABLED - you use Billdu to send your emails

Your options:

  • use Billdu to send your emails. Navigate to Settings - Client communication and disable Send with iOS mail. Take a look here to learn more about Inbox and sending invoices with Billdu
    or

  • take a look here to learn more about how to set up your iOS mail app. After you set the app correctly the Send button shouldn’t be gray anymore
    or

  • Share your invoices as messages, with Whatsapp or any other app as a link. Take a look here to learn more about sharing an invoice.

Android

  • use Billdu to send your emails. Navigate to Settings - Client communication and disable Send with your mail app. Take a look here to learn more about Inbox and sending invoices with Billdu
