Did you search for a document but couldn't find it?
Check the time-frame or set it to Lifetime. When searching This year or Last year make sure the Tax year start is set correctly
When you search on the website for documents of a client and some documents don't appear in the result (or you see other client names), make sure the correct client is saved in the document. Edit the document and check the client's name. Once you save it with the correct client, it will appear in the search results
