We have introduced a new and improved way to share your documents online; with enhanced functionality, streamlined payment options, and improved document accessibility, this new layout is designed to simplify your workflow.

When you share a document via an online link or send it via mail your client will see a new preview of most important information of the document.

Still they are able to download the document in PDF format.

New layout of Online Documents

When you share a document via an online link or send it through email, your client will be presented with a clean preview of the most important information, giving them a fast overview. They can also easily download the document as a PDF by clicking on "Download document PDF."

One of the standout features of the new online document system is its ability to display all related documents in one place. For example, if you create an invoice from an estimate, your client will still have access to the original estimate alongside the invoice. T

Streamlined Payment Options

Getting paid quickly is crucial for any business, and the new online document makes this even easier. Now, for invoices, pro forma invoices, and purchase orders, your client can make a payment immediately through the online document. All you need to do is enable Stripe or PayPal as your payment option, and your clients will be able to pay via various methods such as ApplePay, GooglePay, credit or debit cards, and even bank transfers.

Plus, your clients can view their payment history, including partial payments.

After making a payment, clients can easily download their payment receipts or confirmation documents directly from the online document.

Document Status and History

The new online document feature ensures that both you and your clients stay on the same page. The document status is always visible, whether the document is fully paid, partially paid, or still pending. Your clients will also be able to see the entire payment history, making it easy to track every transaction.

For estimates and quotes, clients can accept it now directly within the document, and you'll be able to view the acceptance history and status updates.
