Emailing basics

Billdu sends documents from its mailing server. Emails come from the email address with your business name displayed in front. Replies of your customers are routed to the email address you use to log in.

You can use your own email address, take a look here to learn more:

An email message comes with a blue View invoice button. When clicked, an online link with your document (Invoice, Quote, ...) opens. If your customer doesn't want to open this online link, they can click on "Click here to download PDF"

Your customer can download a PDF file, pay an invoice, create a delivery note, accept an estimate/quote or print it.
