Billdu subscription (web)
After each renewal, Billdu sends a confirmation email to the account owner
The email includes information on how to cancel the recurring subscription if needed
You can check your subscription status at any time in Settings - Subscription
You can also stop the recurring subscription from there
Note: Payments on Billdu are processed by Braintree - a payment gateway that securely stores your card or PayPal details and handles recurring charges. If your bank or card issuer declines a payment, Braintree will automatically retry the transaction several times before the subscription is cancelled.
