How subscriptions work (overview)

This article explains how Billdu subscriptions are structured, what each plan includes, and where you can buy one.

Plans available

Billdu offers three subscription tiers for Invoice Maker:

  • Lite - 10 clients, unlimited invoices and expenses, 1 team member

  • Standard - 50 clients, unlimited invoices, estimates, delivery notes, 2 team members, payment reminders, accountant access

  • Premium - unlimited clients, all document types, 10 team members, recurring invoices, recurring expenses, API access, Xero integration

Pricing (Invoice Maker):

  • Lite: €7.99/month or €59.99/year

  • Standard: €14.99/month or €119.99/year

  • Premium: €27.99/month or €239.99/year

Key things to know

  • Each business in your account needs its own subscription

  • Subscriptions are auto-renewable - you are charged again at the end of each billing period

  • A subscription starts from the moment of purchase, regardless of any previous subscription or free trial

  • You can buy a subscription monthly or annually - annual plans work out cheaper

Where to buy

  • On iPhone or iPad - through the Apple App Store

  • On Android - through Google Play Store

  • On the Billdu website - by card or PayPal (Invoice Maker only)

  • By bank transfer - for annual Invoice Maker subscriptions only (contact support for details)

Free trial

  • When you create a new account, you get a 7-day free trial with all features unlocked

  • No payment is required to start a trial

  • After 7 days, the trial ends and is not renewed - you can then choose a subscription that suits you

  • All your data stays in your account even if you do not buy a subscription

Note: Cancelling a subscription on the Billdu website will not cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google - and vice versa. If you have an active subscription with one service, make sure to cancel it before buying through another.
