Option 1 - Use the built-in switch (selected countries)
Go to Settings - Template design and settings - Estimate settings
Select Quote or Estimate
The new label appears on all new documents immediately
Option 2 - Rename using Custom labels (all countries)
Go to Settings - Template design and settings
Select Custom labels
Select the language if needed
Change Estimate to Quote or Quotation
Change Estimate No. to Quote No. or Quotation No.
Go back and Save
Note: This change applies instantly to all documents across the entire account.
