This may occur when you configure the Billdu app to use your iOS mail app for sending emails and it isn’t configured correctly.

Your options:

  • use Billdu to send your emails. In that case navigate to Settings - Client communication and disable Send with iOS mail. Take a look here to learn more about Inbox and sending invoices with Billdu
    or

  • take a look here to learn more about how to set up your iOS mail app. After you set the app correctly the Send button shouldn’t be gray anymore
    or

  • in the upper row tap on the Share button to send your invoice using a different app

Android

This may occur when you configure the Billdu app to use another mail app for sending emails and it isn’t configured correctly. You may be prompted to create a Gmail account if you don’t use Billdu's mailing system

Your options:

  • use Billdu to send your emails. In that case, navigate to Settings - Client communication and disable Send with your mail app. Take a look here to learn more about Inbox and sending invoices with Billdu

  • take a look here to learn more about how to set up your Gmail mail app
    or

  • in the upper row tap on the Share button to send your invoice using a different app
