When you use your own iOS mail app and it isn’t configured correctly, the send button is grey.
Check first if you use Billdu or iOS mail app. Navigate to ⚙️Settings - Client communication:
ENABLED - you use your own mail app. Take a look here to learn more about how to set up your iOS mail app. After you set the app correctly the Send button shouldn’t be gray anymore
DISABLED - you use Billdu to send your emails
Your options:
