You can log in to Billdu with an email address you've used at the signup.
It's the email address of your Billdu account.

MOBILE APP

On the login screen enter your email address. You can log in with a password or a link:


1. LOGIN WITH ONLINE LINK

You'll get an email with a link.

Click on the Sign in button in the email to open the link and to log into the Billdu app.

If you see a message about an expired link, delete the email and send repeat the process.

If a browser appears instead of the Billdu app:

  • Android: Clear the settings for opening links - take a look here to learn more. After clearing the default setting, when you take that action again, your phone will ask you which app to use. Choose Billdu.

  • iOS: Click on Sign in, hold your finger to display a menu and select Open in Billdu

2. LOGIN WITH PASSWORD

To sign in with a password, you must create one on the website under Settings - My team - (your user name)

or click here on I forgot my password on the login screen. We email you a link to reset your password with further instructions.

Shouldn't the app recognize your new password, you may want to reinstall the app.

If there's no password saved for your account, you'll get an email message with a link. Click on the Sign in - button in the email to open the link.

Should you see an message about an expired link

  • delete the email and send yourself another link again

  • use another browser

  • delete your browser history (cookies and cache)

2. LOGIN WITH PASSWORD

Please pay attention to the error message - maybe there's a typo or you've used a different email address.

If you don't remember your password, you can create a new one. Click on I forgot my password on the login screen. We'll email you a link to reset your password with further instructions.
