Reset a forgotten password
If you can't remember your password:
Go to the Billdu login screen
Tap or click I forgot my password, or visit https://my.billdu.com/sign/forgot
Enter your email address
We'll send you a link to set a new password
Click the link in the email and follow the steps
Note: Most Billdu accounts don't use a password at all. If you haven't set one up, we send you a sign-in link by email instead. If you're having trouble logging in, see the article "Can't log in to Billdu".
Change your existing password
You can only change your password on the Billdu website.
Log in to the Billdu website
Go to Settings - My team
Select your profile
Click Change password
Follow the steps to set a new password
Set a password for the first time
If your account currently uses sign-in links and you'd like to add a password:
Log in to the Billdu website
Go to Settings - My team
Select your profile
Click Change password and follow the steps
Once set, you can use your password to log in on both the app and the website.
