Where you find your invoice depends on where you bought your Billdu subscription. Let's walk through each option so you can quickly get the invoice you need:
1. You bought on iPhone or iPad (Apple App Store)
Your invoice comes directly from Apple, not from Billdu
Apple sends a receipt to your email right after the purchase
To download a copy, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and find the Billdu charge

2. You bought on Android (Google Play)
Your invoice comes directly from Google Play, not from Billdu
Google sends a receipt to your email right after the purchase
To download a copy, go to pay.google.com, find your Billdu order, and download the receipt

3. You bought directly on the Billdu website
Your invoice is sent to your email automatically right after payment
You can also download it any time:
Log in on the Billdu website
Go to 'Settings' > 'Subscription' > 'Orders and invoices'
Click on the invoice you want to download
4. The invoice details are wrong or you can't find it
If you bought through Apple or Google, the invoice is issued by them. You'll need to update your business details directly in your Apple ID or Google account
If you bought on the Billdu website, contact our support team with your correct details and we'll reissue the invoice for you
