Number of clients

An Invoice maker subscription contains a max. number of clients in your client list. The number of clients is the amount of clients saved in your client list.

Reaching client limit

When reaching the client limit, the best options is to upgrade to a higher subscription plan. With our Premium subscription there's no limit on saved clients!

Subscription for each business

You can have Every business of yours needs a separate subscription. You can choose different subscriptions for different businesses.

Number of documents (invoices, estimates)

Lite - unlimited invoices, expenses, credit notes and pro-forma invoices

Standard and Premium - all document types are unlimited (estimates/quotes, orders, delivery notes, etc.)

Older subscriptions before June 2021 have document limits.
Starter 24 - invoices annualy
Standard - 300 documents annually

Number of team members

Appointments & Booking and Inventory, Orders & Store app have subscription based only on number of team members.

Estimates and Quotes

You can create/edit estimates and quotes with our Standard and Premium subscription.

If you have a Lite or a Starter subscription, you may consider to upgrade to be able to create or edit estimates/quotes.

How to upgrade

You can upgrade to a higher subscription to use more Billdu benefits. Make sure to upgrade with the same service (Apple AppStore, Google Play Store).
