Swipe up the lower bar to bring up the whole menu
A menu appears
Select Print
A new window with Printer Options and invoice preview appears
Select a compatible printer, adjust the settings if necessary and click Print (iOS) or the print icon (Android)

A compatible AirPrint printer and WiFi is necessary to print from your device. The printing process is handled by your mobile device and settings for several paper formats, BW or color printing are managed by your device or printer.

If you notice very light colors when printing documents directly from the app, to ensure your invoices print correctly with the intended colors, we recommend downloading them as PDFs before printing. This will preserve the color formatting.

There are several ways to print an invoice on the website
In the Documents section click on Invoices
A list of all invoices appears
Click on the PDF icon on an invoice you want to print
An invoice in PDF format will be downloaded
Open the downloaded PDF file
Print as a regular document

In the Documents section click on Invoices
A list of all invoices appears
Click on an invoice to get a preview
Press CTRL+P on your keyboard
The printing process begins as a regular printing - a window with your printer settings appears
Note: It depends on your browser if the invoice is printed correctly.
