Open the invoice you want to save
Swipe up the action bar at the bottom
Tap Export as PDF
Choose where to save or share the file - you can send it via WhatsApp, email, or any other app

Go to Documents - Invoices
In the Actions column, click ... next to the invoice
Select Download PDF - the file downloads immediately
Tip: Need to export multiple invoices at once? Use the Mass export feature instead.
Print an invoice
Mobile app
Open the invoice you want to print
Swipe up the action bar at the bottom
Tap Print
Select your printer, adjust settings if needed, and tap Print (iOS) or the print icon (Android)
Printing requires a compatible AirPrint printer connected to the same WiFi network
Paper format, colour, and other settings are managed by your device or printer
Note: If your printed invoice shows very light colours, download the invoice as a PDF first and print from that file - this preserves the correct colour formatting.

Option 1 - via PDF download:
Go to Documents - Invoices
Click the Download PDF icon next to the invoice
Open the downloaded file and print it as a regular document
Option 2 - directly from preview:
Go to Documents - Invoices
Click the invoice to open the preview
Press Ctrl+P on your keyboard to print
Note: Print quality from the browser preview may vary depending on the browser you use. For best results, download as a PDF first and print from there.
