The dashboard gives you a snapshot of your business finances every time you open Billdu.
Mobile app
The dashboard shows:
All overdue invoices - unpaid and past their due date
All unpaid invoices - unpaid but still within the due date
Unsent invoices
Paid invoices for the current fiscal year
Estimates that haven't been accepted yet
Tap on any item to go directly to the related document list.
Website
The dashboard is split into three tabs:
First tab - your company balance, invoices, and expenses at a glance
Second tab - invoices broken down into paid, unpaid, and overdue
Third tab - your expenses overview
It also shows:
Outstanding revenue - total of all unpaid and overdue invoices
Outstanding expenses - total of all unpaid expenses
Create a document from the dashboard
You can create a new document directly from the dashboard without navigating away:
App and website - invoice, estimate/quote, expense
Website only - pro forma invoice, purchase order, delivery note, credit note, appointment
