Add price variations

Add variants to a product for different sizes, colors, or price tiers

Add variants to a product when it comes in multiple versions - such as different sizes, colors, or price tiers.

What are variants?

  • Variants let you offer the same product in different options (e.g. size: S, M, L or color: Red, Blue, Green)

  • You can add up to 3 options with up to 100 values each

  • Stock quantity can be tracked individually per variant

Mobile app

  • Tap ...More and select Products

  • Tap an existing product or tap + to create a new one

  • Enter the product name, description, and price

  • Scroll down to Variants and tap Add variants

  • Add an option name (e.g. Size, Color) and tap Next

  • Add values (e.g. S, M, L or Red, Blue, Green) and tap Save

  • Repeat to add more options if needed

  • Tap Save

Website

  • Go to Items in the main menu and select Products

  • Click an existing product or click New product

  • Enter the product name, description, and price

  • Scroll down to Variants and enable it

  • Add up to 3 options (e.g. Size, Color)

  • For each option, add values separated by a comma (e.g. S, M, L)

  • A table with all variant combinations appears - edit price, SKU, and stock level per variant

  • Click Save

Edit or delete variants

  • Once an option is added, it cannot be deleted - only individual variants can be removed

  • To remove an option from your store, delete its name - options with no name won't appear

  • When adding a new option to a product that already has variants, only one variant is created automatically for that option - add the rest manually

Note: Variants are part of the Inventory, Orders & Store app. To use this feature, an active subscription for that app is required.
