Add variants to a product when it comes in multiple versions - such as different sizes or colors.
Available with the Inventory, Orders & Store app.
What are variants?
Variants let you offer the same product in different options (e.g. Size, Color)
You can add up to 3 options with up to 100 values each
Stock can be tracked individually per variant
When creating an invoice, you can add a variant by searching by name or browsing Products and selecting one

Tap ...More and select Products
Tap + to create a new product or select an existing one
Enter the name, description, and price
Scroll down to Variants and tap Add variants
Add an option name (e.g. Size, Color) and tap Next
Add values (e.g. S, M, L or Red, Blue, Green) and tap Save
Repeat to add more options if needed

Tap on any individual variant to edit its price, tax, SKU, or stock tracking

Go to Items and select Products
Click an existing product or click New product
Enter the name, description, and price
Scroll down to Variants and enable it
Add up to 3 options (e.g. Size, Color)
For each option, add values separated by a comma (e.g. S, M, L)
Click Save
A table with all variant combinations appears - edit price, SKU, and stock level per variant
To add a variant manually, click + Add variant
