Save your products and services so you can add them quickly to any invoice, estimate, or other document.
Mobile app
Tap ...More and select Products or Services
Tap + in the upper right corner
Enter the required details:
Name, description, unit, price, and discount
The VAT column appears only if VAT is enabled in your Settings
Tap Save
Tip: You can enter either the Price or the Total - Billdu calculates the other automatically.
Website
Go to Items in the main menu and select Services or Products
Click New service or New product
Enter the required details
Name, description, quantity, price, unit, VAT, and SKU/item code
Prices are entered excluding VAT
To track stock levels, enable Track inventory level and enter the current quantity - available for products only
Click Save
Note: Features like stock tracking, SKU, barcode, images, tags, collections, and variants are available with the Inventory, Orders and Store app.
