MOBILE APP

Make sure you've enabled Push-Notifications on your device (you may get a message when running Billdu for the first time to enable notifications).

We'll let you know when:

  • a document was viewed by your client

  • an invoice or a pro-forma invoice have been paid online

  • a user of yours added or removed payment from an invoice or pro-forma invoice

  • a message landed in your Inbox

  • a quote or an estimate of yours was accepted

To enable or disable push-notifications on your iPhone or iPad take a look at Apple's user guide. To enable or disable push-notifications on your Android device take a look at Google's user guide. The Billdu app asks you after an installation whether you want to allow to display notifications.

Billdu can notify you once some event happens - e.g. when your customers opens or pays an invoice, when you get a message to your Inbox or when your customer accepts your quote or estimate. On Billdu's website we display messages in the Notification center and we send also push-messages to your mobile device.

WEBSITE

The Notification center is displayed on the right side of your Billdu website. Depending on the display size, there's either a bell or a whole list.

You will be notified when:

  • an invoice or pro-forma invoice have been paid online

  • a quote or an estimate of yours was accepted

  • a user of yours created a document

  • a user of yours added or removed payment from an invoice or pro-forma invoice

A notification will be marked as read when you click on it or when you click Mark all as read. By clicking on Show all, you'll get to an extended Notification center screen where you can browse between all previous notifications.

LIMITATIONS

Billdu can set the status as Viewed and send you notifications if you

  • send your documents with Billdu and not with your email app

  • share an online link

  • send documents on iOS devices with your native mail app

Billdu can't detect and display when a document was viewed if:

  • you send it with your own mail app (Android)

  • you use SMTP to send emails (website)

  • you send documents as a PDF

  • your client blocks the tracking
