To log in to Billdu your need to know the email address to your Billdu account.

If you've set a password (on the website under Settings - My team - user name - Change password) you'll be prompted to enter it. If you you didn't set up a password, we'll email you a link.

Please pay attention to the error message - maybe there's a typo or you've used a different email address.

If you don't remember your password, you can create a new one. Click on I forgot my password on the login screen or click here, we'll email you a link to reset your password and further instructions.

If there's no password set for your account, you'll get an email message. Open it and click on the "Sign in" button.

If an error message about an expired link appears, delete the email and try again.

MOBILE APP

If the app doesn't recognize a password after a password change or a link, then a reinstallation helps in most cases.
