If Billdu is showing your subscription as inactive, here are the most common reasons and how to fix each one. Try the quick fixes first - most cases are resolved with a simple sync.
Try these quick fixes first
Close the app fully and reopen it
Open the app and go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchase
Log out and log back in with the same email
If you have multiple businesses, switch to the correct one - each business has its own subscription
Make sure you're using the same Apple ID or Google account you bought the subscription with
2. You've reached your client limit
The free and lower-tier plans have a limit on the number of clients you can add
If you've hit that limit, some features may stop working
Upgrade to a higher plan to add more clients - see our pricing page for details
3. You're trying to use a feature not included in your plan
Some features (like Quotes/Estimates or online payments) are only available on higher plans
Check our pricing page to see which features are included in your current plan
If you need the feature, you'll need to upgrade
4. Your payment wasn't registered
Sometimes a successful payment isn't automatically picked up by our system
To fix this, contact our support team and include proof of purchase:
Apple App Store - send your Apple bill or a screenshot of your active Apple subscription
Google Play - send your Google Play order with the GPA number
Bank transfer - send your payment receipt
Once we receive it, we'll activate your subscription right away
Still not working? Contact our support team and we'll sort it out for you.
