Scan product barcodes to add items to invoices and orders instantly.
Available with the Inventory, Orders & Store app.
Enable the barcode scanner
Go to Settings → Template design and settings
In the Item settings section, tap Barcode Scanner to turn it on
Tap Save
Add a barcode to a product
Go to Products and select an existing product or create a new one
Tap Barcode
Add a barcode manually, or tap the barcode icon to scan it with your camera
Allow camera access if prompted
Billdu reads the code automatically and saves the number sequence
Tap Save
Tip: If you have many products with EAN codes, import them in bulk using the import feature.
Use the barcode scanner on a document
Create or edit an invoice or order
Tap Add item → Choose from products → Products
Tap the Barcode icon
Scan the product barcode
If the barcode matches a saved product, it is added to the document automatically
