Import your products or services into Billdu in bulk using an Excel file. Available on the website only.
Before you start
Your file must be in XLS or XLSX format with data sorted in columns
Number fields (price, quantity, tax) must contain numbers only - no symbols like $, € or %
The following fields are mandatory: name, price, quantity, and country code
Importing an item with the same name as an existing one will overwrite the existing item
Test with a small sample before importing a large file
Download a sample file to get started: Service/product import file
How to import
Go to the Billdu website and navigate to Items - Services or Products
Click Import
Match each column letter to the correct field (e.g. Name is in column B, Price is in column C)
Select whether your file has a header row
Click Browse to locate your file
Click Import
A green confirmation message appears if the import was successful
Check your email for a confirmation message
