You can pre-define your mail texts and subjects at Settings - Client communication. Set up different texts for your documents, thank-you messages or reminders. You can use several tags (CLIENT_NAME, TOTAL) in your text as well.
MOBILE APP
In the main menu tap on Documents and on Invoices
Select and tap on the desired invoice you want to send
Click on the Send button
If necessary enter the recipient and text. You can add more email addresses separated by a comma
You can also attach files (take a picture, choose from photos or from files)
Click on Send
WEBSITE
In the Documents section click on Invoices
A list of all invoices appears
Click on the envelope icon ✉ next to an invoice you want to send
A window Send by email appears
If necessary, enter the recipient and the text. You can add more email addresses separated by a comma
Add attachments if necessary
Click Send
If successful the message “The email message has been sent” appear
