Connect Billdu to Xero to automatically sync your invoices with your accounting software.
Available on the website only. You only need to connect once - after that, syncing works across all your devices.
What is Xero?
Xero is cloud-based accounting software for small businesses. It handles bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll, and connects to a live bank feed.
How to connect Billdu with Xero
Go to Settings → Integration → Xero
Click Connect
Log in with your Xero credentials and click Allow to grant Billdu access
Choose the revenue account in Xero where your invoices should be sent
Choose whether to sync invoices automatically - when enabled, every invoice marked as sent in Billdu syncs to Xero automatically
Match your tax settings - taxes in Billdu must match those in Xero, otherwise you'll need to reconcile invoices manually
Match your currency - the currency in both accounts must match for the setup to be complete
Click Complete when everything is configured
Sync invoices manually
If automatic sync is off, you can still export invoices to Xero manually:
Select one or more invoices
Click Actions → Export → Xero
Verify the sync
Log in to your Xero account
Go to Business → Invoices → All
Your synced invoices should appear in the list
