What do I need to have correctly filled in?
Before enabling Verifactu, your Business Profile must be complete with all required fields (your official company details). Billdu checks this during activation.
Why is this legally important?
In Spain, invoices must include correct identification company details and (in many cases) the customer details. That’s why Billdu asks you to keep your company (Business Profile) data complete and accurate before using Verifactu.
Make sure your Business Profile includes:
Name
Street
City
ZIP
Province
Country
CIN/TIN value (your identifier)
E-mail
If anything is missing or incorrect, please update your Business Profile before enabling Verifactu — it helps prevent errors later when uploading invoices.
