General Settings of your Online Store - Terms and conditions, Return policy and Privacy policy

Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are legally binding contracts. The main difference is that a Privacy Policy is for customer protection and a T&C is to protect your company.

  • In the main menu click on ...More and select Sales Page
    on website select Sales Page from main menu

  • Click on Online Store

  • Click on Policies

  • You can now select Terms & Conditions, Privacy policy and Return policy

  • The sections are empty, ready for your own policies. You can also click on Copy from template to populate it with our pre-made generic policies. You're welcome to change and alter it to fit your business' needs

  • Once ready, go Back and Save

If a policy contains some text, it will be displayed as a link at the end of the ordering process. When your customers clicks on the Confirm order button, the policies will be displayed beneath.
