How to cancel your renewable subscription

Updated in the last hour
  • A subscription can be cancelled with the service where you purchased it - Apple, Google or Billdu website

  • Cancelling means to cancel the next renewal. Your subscription will still be active until it expires.

  • Each business has their own subscription

After your subscription expires, your business will be deleted.

Make sure to download your data once you cancel a subscription.

iOS - Apple

Subscriptions bought on iPhone/iPad are managed in your Apple account. Click here to learn more.

If you have more businesses, the subscriptions for a 2nd and 3rd business are marked as II. and III.

Financial Implications of Subscription Changes

  • Upgrades: Apple charges the full price of the higher-tier plan and refunds the unused portion of your current plan. The final amount you pay is the prorated difference.

  • Downgrades: The change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no immediate refunds or charges are applied.

Upgrading Your Subscription

To upgrade your Billdu subscription to a higher plan (e.g., Premium):

  1. Navigate to your Apple account’s subscription settings as described above.

  2. Select your current Billdu subscription.

  3. Choose the desired higher-tier plan (e.g., Premium). When upgrading, Apple charges the full price of the new plan and refunds the unused portion of your current plan. This means you will only pay the prorated difference between the two plans.

Downgrading Your Subscription

To downgrade your Billdu subscription to a lower plan (e.g., Lite):

  1. Access your Apple account’s subscription settings.

  2. Select your current Billdu subscription.

  3. Choose the desired lower-tier plan (e.g., Lite). The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, your existing plan will remain active.

Android - Google Play

Subscriptions bought in the Android app are managed in your Google Play account. For more information click here.

If you have more businesses, the subscriptions for a 2nd and 3rd business are marked as II. and III.
