Configure shipping methods and rates for your Online Store. The shipping fee appears on orders and invoices and is added to the total.
Available with the Inventory, Orders & Store app.
How to set up shipping
Mobile app
Go to Settings → Shipping and delivery
Website
Go to Instant Website → Online Store → Shipping and delivery
Choose a shipping rate type
Tap Shipping rates and select one of the following:
None - for digital products and services
Free - free shipping for all orders
Flat rate - the same rate applied to all purchases
Weight-based - rate calculated based on product weight
Set up flat rate shipping
Select Flat rate
Click Add rate
Enter a name, amount, and any additional info
Add multiple flat rates if needed (e.g. FedEx, standard post, express)
Set up weight-based shipping
Select Weight-based
Click Add rate
Enter a name, delivery time, and weight range
Click + Add range to add multiple weight ranges at different rates
Enable local pickup
Toggle Local pickup on
Enter the pickup address in the field that appears
Note: Local pickup appears alongside flat rate or weight-based options when a customer places an order.
Click Back, then Save when done.
