Live chat is the chat window that opens when your customer visits your page or if they contact you. Your customers or potential clients can contact you or write you and all communication appears in your Inbox. We'll notify you about any new messages.

You can customize automatic chat messages at Settings - Live chat.

Billdu displays automatic messages to your customers on the welcome screen, during the checkout process or other events.

Please note that this section is currently in development and it will be expanded by several message types. You can currently change a greeting message which appears to your customers when they start a chat with you.
